Clients Brief - Create exterior CGIs and 3D floor plans as per the architect's plans for marketing use. CGI's to be available at the earliest opportunity.

Taking our clients brief onboard we generated the images as per their request. The whole project was turned around in 2 days and our client was soon selling from plan.

As per our clients brief we created first off CGIs for review and discussion. Our client then gave us feedback on next steps and what finishes they wanted for their final set of marketing CGIs. 

Clients Brief - Visualise the property using the architects plans and elevations to a standard that allows us to see the proposed materials and get a feel for the overall design/concept of the property. 

We generated the first off visuals exactly to the plans for our clients viewing. We then reworked the visuals to their specifications and provided a next set of visuals for discussion. Finally we provided a full set of exterior visuals for our client to use for planning permission approval, discussions with builders and material suppliers.
